Is ANF Therapy Right for You?

What is ANF Therapy?

Amino Neurofrequency therapy is a frequency therapy. These frequencies are specifically working with the nervous system. The frequency is delivered through a small wearable, medical device.

The ins and outs of ANF therapy. Described by Christine

How is ANF therapy delivered?

Essentially ANF is delivered through a round circular sticker. It LOOKS simple. But the technology is far from simple. The material is made of a carbonized metal that has the ability to embed and hold a frequency. Amino Neurofrequency (ANF) disc adheres to the body with 3M antibacterial skin-friendly adhesive. The exact same adhesive as a band-aide.

The device is activated by your infrared heat, in other words, your body heat. This then delivers a frequency that the nervous system can detect.

How long do you wear them?

The discs hold and deliver the frequency for 72 hours. You can wear the discs while you can sleep, you can shower with them, and go about your normal life. The great thing about this therapy is you can receive the treatment the whole time you’re wearing the discs. It's not dependent on you being in an office to get treatment.

You can go through your day and continue your treatment. This is important because it allows the body to replicate these frequencies. These frequencies are already present in the body. This is how the body communicates with the brain to create biochemical fusions.

Why do your neurological frequencies diminish?

Physical, mental, or emotional stress, environmental factors, or injury create free radicals in our bodies. Too many free radicals cause inflammation and diminish the natural communication back and forth from the brain to the body. This means slower healing, and increased inflammation which can create other problems.

Often I use this with people who are struggling with pain. I've worked on all sorts of pain. Normal aches and pains, to nerve pain, to chronic pain to pain. ANF reduces inflammation and increases antioxidant production which means faster healing.

ANF is not limited to pain. There's no limit to the applications of this therapy. ANF is getting the body to work optimally. I have worked with people with digestive disorders, autoimmune issues, fibromyalgia, and those seeking more wellness.

Any condition or disease driven by acute or chronic inflammation can be helped with ANF. Harvard Medical Publishing stated that both observational studies and laboratory research indicate that inflammation can be a positive factor in many diseases:

  • Coronary artery disease

  • Diabetes

  • Cancer

  • Alzheimer's disease

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Allergies and asthma

  • Skin conditions

  • Arthritis

These are just many reasons why reducing inflammation in the body has to be important as we age.

How about This Year, We Try "New Year, Old You"?

How about This Year, We Try "New Year, Old You"?

It’s true while juggling and negotiating the demands of life, we can sometimes feel lost in the many hats we have to wear. It’s also true that not all secrets that we uncover when we go poking around feel like blessings or treasures; however, inside each story – if we dig in deeply enough – we will reconnect with our earliest moments of curiosity, courage, and creativity; we will rediscover our own memories of resourcefulness and resilience.

This Year Give the Gift of Massage and Bodywork

Massage therapy makes a great gift. Now if you’ve been following me, you know that I’m not a fan of viewing massage therapy and bodywork as anything less than preventative medicine. I take what I do very seriously because I have witnessed great things when people commit to massage and bodywork as part of their healthy lifestyle. We need to change our perception and encourage our loved ones to take care of themselves.

One way to change people’s perception of what massage therapy is by getting them to receive a custom massage session that is tailored to their needs and wants. This is one experience that will eclipse all conceived notions about what a massage can be.

If you’re looking to purchase a gift certificate for a friend or loved one this holiday season in the Lancaster, PA region, there are two ways to purchase a session at Bright Mountain Bodywork.

Paper Gift Certificates

These are available for purchase with Christine. Please call 717-201-1678 or email brightmountainbodywork@gmail.com to coordinate payment or pick-up. Or purchase one at your next scheduled appointment.

eGift Certificates

eGift Certificates are a great alternative to paper gift certificates. These can be purchased on the right-hand side of the screen. Just hit the button “Purchase eGift Card” and follow the prompts for payment. The recipient will then receive the gift card right in their inbox which can be redeemed at the time of their massage appointment.

To clear up any confusion, I’ve recorded this video instruction for Gift certificates.
